Terms & Conditions
The basis on which we work.
What you can expect from this website, what we are responsible for, and what we are not. Written to be read, not to hide behind.

01Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the website of Aurevant Capital and describe the basis on which we work. By browsing the site, or by sending us an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site and do not send us material.
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you use the site, as shown by the date at the top.
02Who we are and what we do
Aurevant Capital is an international investment firm acting as a broker. We identify opportunities, carry out a first review of the information available to us, and introduce companies, investors and professional advisers to one another. Where useful, we also help coordinate information, meetings and communication during the preliminary stages of a discussion.
We are an intermediary. We do not manage client money, we do not hold assets for you, and we do not take investment decisions on your behalf.
03No investment advice, no offer
Everything published here is general information about our firm and the sectors we work in. It is not a recommendation, a solicitation, an offer to sell or a suggestion to buy, hold or dispose of any security, asset or business.
It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own advisers. Any decision you take is taken on your own judgement, after your own diligence, with your own professional advisers. Nothing on this website is a promise that an opportunity exists, that it will remain available, or that a transaction will happen.
04Use of the website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- copy, scrape or harvest content, text or contact details by automated means;
- attempt to interfere with its operation, access or security;
- present our name, logo or material as your own, or imply that we endorse something we have not endorsed.
05Material you send us
You are welcome to describe a project, a mandate or an opportunity to us. You confirm that you are entitled to send it to us and that, to the best of your knowledge, it is accurate.
Sending us material does not oblige us to act for you, to keep it, to return it, or to treat it as exclusive. If you need a duty of confidentiality, a duty of exclusivity or any other commitment, we should agree it in writing before you send anything sensitive.
We are free to decline any project or introduction, at any stage and without stating a reason.
06Introductions and agreements
An introduction is not an agreement. Any transaction that follows is negotiated directly between the parties involved, on documents they sign with their own legal and financial advisers.
Any commercial arrangement with us (a fee, a commission, a retainer, a mandate) is agreed separately and in writing before the work begins. Nothing on this website is a quotation, a fee proposal or an accepted mandate.
07Our content and your content
The text, layout, name and logo on this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may print or share a page for your own internal use; anything beyond that needs our written permission.
You keep the rights to the material you send us, and you give us permission to read it, store it and pass it on to the parties it is meant for, for the purpose of the discussion.
08Third-party links and content
The site may link to other websites or refer to third parties. Those pages are not under our control. We do not approve of them, we do not guarantee what they say, and we are not responsible for what happens when you use them.
09Accuracy and no warranty
We try to keep the site correct and up to date, and we correct what we are told is wrong. Even so, the site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that it will always be accessible, or that information will remain current.
Sectors, markets and opportunities change quickly. Figures, dates and descriptions on this page are illustrative of how we work, not guarantees about any particular transaction.
10Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data arising from your use of this website or from an introduction made between the parties we brought together.
We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and liability for fraud.
11Communications
Email is our usual channel and is the address shown on this site. Where a matter needs to be formal, we will confirm it in writing and, if required, in a signed document. Please keep in mind that ordinary email is not fully secure for sensitive material.
12Severability and no waiver
If any part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest continues to stand, and the affected part is read as closely as possible to what we both intended. If we do not insist on a right on one occasion, that does not mean we have given it up.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless a mandatory rule of the country where you are based provides otherwise.
14Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@aurevantcapital.com or to Aurevant Capital, Rue Du Congrès 35, 1000 Bruxelles.
